October complete

My muse undresses,
warm white flesh.
Her corset rests

    in autumn tones
    of red and russet brown.

Skirts of blue
her hem,
    warm breathe
    of gypsophila.

rambling rose embrace
    her waist
beech leaves burnished
    copper bright.

The flaming colours
She wears well.
skies and suns
    of gathering fall.

Evening primrose
    layer her bustle.
    Silver dollars on her feet.

She is autumns fair replete
my muse
    October complete.
