The hand of man

Man’s design, to clip and snip
and tie in straight lines,
to control and restrain
that which by its nature
must remain wild.

Man a child with childish toys
finds joy in frustrating the design
of devine architecture.

Step into the woods.
See sun reflect the perfection
of a lake.
Or waves roll into gold and silver
on a twilight strand.

The hand and mind of man
plays no part in array of such
beauty.
